Pigmento is a project that brings color into inhabited spaces, creating a soft and opaque surface with mottled reflections. The material used creates unique and unrepeatable shades, with compact and faceted surfaces. The resins used give the surfaces a wavy and sinuous plasticity, the result of an artistic process that ranges between chromatic and material suggestions. The collection is made up of 9 colors available in both traditional porcelain stoneware and large thin slabs. Minimalism and decorativism are balanced between three-dimensional textures and wallpaper-effect slabs. The art of the subjects present is amplified by the out-of-scale proportions, which bring out the vitality of the color and the expressiveness of the material.
